Office Affairs Application
This application is primarily for various office-related affairs in the school, such as applying for a document certificate, applying for expenses to comfort an injured child, etc. Any office-related affairs you think of can be submitted here.
📌 1. View Office Affairs Applications
On the main page of the 【Office Affairs Application】 tab, users can:
- Filter applications by school year, term, and applicant.
- Click 【Search】 to display relevant applications.
- Each application card shows:
- Applicant name
- Submission time
- School year & term
- Department/Other
- Expense Status
- Status buttons such as 【NoReview】 or 【Recall】 are also visible.
📝 2. Create a New Application

Tap the 【Create】 button.

Fill in the following fields:
- Department/Other: e.g., “Labor Union”
- Expense Status: Enter the expense amount (e.g., “33.12”)
- Affairs Content: Describe the purpose (e.g., “A batch of colored pens for teaching purposes”)
- Files: Upload up to 9 supporting documents or receipts by clicking 【Select File】.

Tap 【Save】 to submit the application.
🔍 3. View Application Details
Tap an existing application card to view full details:
- Department
- Expense status
- Affairs content
- Uploaded files (clickable links for download)
